Tuesday Thoughts:

What we fear doing most is usually what we most need to do.

That was the common topic between thousands who gathered this last Saturday at the Dodger Stadium to conquer the Spartan Sprint! It was most participant’s 1st time to partake in Spartan – adrenalin, anticipation and “fear” were the main ingredients in the mix! We didn’t let any obstacle get in our way though. We fought, we persisted and conquered – in record time! #teamspirit #ultimatefitnessbreakthrough #startyourbreakthroughtoday #weflyhigh #spartan #dontcrackunderpressure #lightthefire #challengeaccepted #wegotthis

Are you ready to conquer your fears?! Join with us as we train for our next Team Challenge – the Gladiator Rockn’Run on August 25th. In your own backyard @ the Rosebowl in Pasadena – friends and family invitied. 3 month groupon NOW AVAILABLE – train with us for this epic event!

Everything you want is on the other side of fear. See you there =)
