Personal Training

Work with our trainers in individualized personal training sessions available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, to take your fitness to the next level. We pride ourselves on being able to meet each client where they are at in our small group class settings, but nothing can be quite as personalized as individual sessions.
Your first session includes a personalized Weigh In, Body Fat Analysis, and Fitness Assessments, in order to structure the perfect game plan designed specifically for your body and goals.
