Wednesday: 6, 7, 8am  6, 7pm > Upper Body/Arms + Cardio

Thursday: 6, 7, 8am  5, 6pm > Bodyweight Blast + Calisthenics

Friday: 6, 7, 8am, 5, 6pm > Full Body HIIT

Saturday: 8am > Full Body Strength Circuit
