Wednesday: 6, 7, 8am  5, 6, 7pm > Bodyweight Blast

Thursday: 5, 6, 7, 8am  5, 6pm > Upper Body

Friday: 6, 7, 8am, 5, 6pm > Lower Body

Saturday: 8am > Full Body Workout
