At UFB we strongly believe in meeting everyone exactly where they are and challenging you from there. UFB boasts a broad range of fitness levels because we know with our dedicated trainers, we can give you the attention you need. Everyone is welcome!

Our greatest goal is to empower you to transform your lifestyle. Lifestyle is the important word. We don’t believe in quick fixes, crash diets, or overnight success. The true success stories for us are the lifestyle changes. People who become empowered enough to decide their destiny, to do the hard (but fun) work, and to trust the process.
WHAT YOU GET
UFB’s Personal Training packages include one-on-one time with a trainer, plus body fat analysis, goal setting, and a preliminary fitness test to ensure you get the workout you need. Sessions can be scheduled anytime during the week.
GROUP SESSIONS
UFB’s 45-minute group sessions are full of complex movements that keep your body guessing, fat blasting, and endorphins soaring.
WHAT WE DO
No two workouts are the same. That combined with trainers that are deeply invested, a community of encouragement and motivation between classmates, and just plain fun.

UFB’s goal for you is to help you breakthrough your fitness plateaus. We can help you lose the weight you’ve been trying to lose, once and for all. Our programs will help you tone and sculpt your muscles in a fun, motivating environment.
WHAT YOU GET
Sessions last 45 minutes. All equipment is provided. Just bring water and your workout towel!

WHAT WE DO
Stretching and functional mobility are keys to injury prevention, better physique, and longevity.
WHAT YOU GET
Each 30 minute session includes active stretching, cupping, and deep tissue massage.
